3) - Book and Attend your 1-on-1 Coaching Call
To request a refund, respond to the email you received upon paying for and joining Free Life Collective with proof of completing the above items.
Refund will be processed by your Free Life Collective Coach upon request, if all above conditions have been met in full. Customers ineligible for a refund may be granted a partial refund in our sole discretion.
Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. Free Life Collective recommends that you contact us at [email protected] or your browser provider, as Free Life Collective ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;
Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted me at [email protected] for its approval of your refund request;
